Company Return Policy
If you experience any issues with your finished products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email at print@publishedstudios.com. Claims submitted after 3 days from confirmed delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Returns or replacements may be approved under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
- The issue is reported within the required timeframe.
- A clear photograph or documentation of the issue is provided upon request.
We reserve the right to request the return of 100% of the affected order before issuing a replacement or refund.
Once we confirm an error on our part, we will issue a replacement or refund within 7 business days. Replacement orders will be produced and shipped using the original production timeline and shipping method. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
